Silent Steel USA – Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Silent Steel USA, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty to the original owner, covering defects in materials and workmanship for all Silent Steel USA suppressors and suppressor-related components.

If a product is found to be defective under normal use, Silent Steel USA will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunction resulting from:

• Careless or criminal handling
• Neglect, corrosion, or improper maintenance
• Improper installation, mounting, or use of unauthorized parts
• Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs
• Use of incompatible, defective, or reloaded ammunition
• Any other improper or unreasonable use

Baffle strikes not caused by manufacturing defects are excluded from warranty coverage.

Silent Steel USA suppressors are fully user-serviceable, and all components are replaceable. The turbine, while replaceable, is subject to flame erosion and has a variable lifespan depending on barrel length.

Estimated Turbine Service Life by Barrel Length:

• 11” barrel – ~12,000 rounds
• 14.5” barrel – ~15,000 rounds
• 18” barrel – ~18,000 rounds

Service life estimates apply to stainless steel suppressors including the Streamer, Compact Streamer, and Micro Streamer models.

Important: Disassembly of the wire mesh from the flow module is not supported under this warranty. Damage caused by such disassembly is considered user-induced and will void warranty coverage for the affected components.

Non-NFA Purchases

This policy applies exclusively to non-NFA purchases made through the Silent Steel USA webstore.

• Eligibility: Refund or exchange requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
• Product Condition: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and unaltered, with original packaging and materials intact.
• Return Process: Contact us at support@silentsteelusa.com to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including return and replacement shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Once received and inspected (typically within 5–7 business days), refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
• Restocking Fee: All authorized returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

By purchasing through the Silent Steel USA webstore, you agree to these terms, which are designed to protect both you and Silent Steel USA.

NFA Purchases

This policy applies to NFA purchases (e.g., suppressors) made through the Silent Steel USA webstore.

• Cancellation Deadline: NFA orders can be canceled anytime prior to submission of paperwork to the ATF (e.g., Form 3 transfer).
• Post-ATF Submission: Once paperwork has been submitted to the ATF, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted. All NFA sales are considered final.
• Repair or Replacement Procedure: If your suppressor is found to have a manufacturer defect or performance issue, the following steps apply:
  1. Contact Us: Email support@silentsteelusa.com with your order number, product details, and issue description. Include clear photos or videos if possible.
  2. Initial Assessment: Our team will evaluate the issue remotely and determine if the suppressor may require return for inspection.
  3. Return Authorization: If needed, we will issue an RMA and coordinate return shipping. Suppressors must be returned in compliance with NFA regulations.
  4. Inspection & Resolution: Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it for defects. If covered under warranty, the suppressor will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent model (subject to ATF approval).
  5. ATF Resubmission: In cases where a replacement suppressor is issued, a new Form 3 or Form 4 submission may be required depending on transfer status. Our support team will guide you through the process.
